We deliver, set up, take down, and pick up high-impact additions that turn a weekend trip into an unforgettable experience.

Our offerings vary month-to-month, but always include cold plunges and saunas, golf simulators and games, photo booths and lighting setups, coffee and beverage stations, fridge-stocking services, and other weekend-focused amenities.

Amenities are available for the full duration of the guest’s booking.
Pricing is based on a weekend rental, not specific calendar dates. Stays that include more than one weekend may require additional pricing.

Our standard setup includes delivery on Thursday or Friday before arrival and pickup on Monday after departure.
This schedule does not affect cost. Earlier deliveries or later pickups can often be accommodated upon request.

We handle everything — no extra cost.
Amenities are delivered, set up, and tested prior to guests’ arrival. They’re taken down and removed following guests’ departure.

We serve downtown Nashville and surrounding neighborhoods commonly home to short-term rentals and hotels, including (but not limited to) The Gulch, Midtown, Wedgewood-Houston, 12 South, Germantown, and East Nashville.
Our warehouse is strategically located in the heart of the city to maximize logistical efficiency and minimize our carbon footprint.

Both — Guests can book amenities to enhance their stay, and hosts or property managers can offer amenities to differentiate listings and increase revenue-per-booking.

Yes — All equipment is cleaned, inspected, and set up with clear instructions to ensure safe and enjoyable use during the stay.
Additionally, we maintain comprehensive general liability and commercial property insurance. Upon request, hosts and property management companies may be added as additional insureds. Please contact us for details.
