    Music City Weekend Co. is an event and party rental company focused on providing the ultimate Nashville experience! We deliver, set up, and pick up premium amenity rentals and add-ons with a focus on serving guests of short-term rentals (Airbnbs, VRBOs, etc.) and hotels.

    Our team coordinates all logistics and communication to make the experience as easy as possible for everyone involved. Amenities are delivered and set up prior to guests' arrival and retrieved following their departure.

    Outside of serving Nashville visitors, we also rent to local party-throwers, event planners, and other businesses and can flex our operations to meet their needs!

  • Flat-rate pricing — no surprises! Whether you're booking for a single night or an extra long weekend, the price stays the same. The only exception is if your rental spans more than one weekend, in which case an additional fee applies.

  • We handle everything — you don't have to lift a finger! Our team delivers and sets up before your rental begins, typically on Thursday or Friday, and returns Monday to break everything down and haul it away. No mid-stay coordination, no interruptions, just a seamless experience from start to finish!

    For non-weekend rentals or events, we'll work out a schedule that fits your timeline.

  • We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance for weekends during peak season (March-October), and at least 6 months in advance for peak holidays (July 4th, New Year's Eve, etc.).

  • You can view our standard service area here!

    It covers all addresses within 20mi of downtown, encompassing the entire city of Nashville and Davidson County, plus parts of neighboring Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, Sumner, Robertson, and Cheatham counties.

    For orders outside this area, an additional delivery fee of $3.00 per mile applies. Additional mileage is calculated based on the total round-trip distance beyond our standard service area.

    Our warehouse is centrally located in the city, putting us within easy reach of Downtown, The Gulch, Midtown, Wedgewood-Houston, 12 South, Germantown, Sylvan Park, The Nations, East Nashville, and everywhere in between!

  • Yes! We love renting to local party-throwers, event planners, and other businesses.

    Don't be put off by all the Airbnb/hotel marketing language — we're still an event and party rental company at the end of the day! We'll make sure our offerings and operations are tailored to your needs.

  • Amenities are available for the entire duration of your stay or event — not by the hour or the day! For shorter or weekday rentals, the same flat-rate applies.

    We don't typically offer partial-day rentals or same-day delivery and pick up, but if you have an unusual situation, reach out and we'll see what we can do!

  • It depends on the amenity, space, and season! We confirm placement details in advance to ensure proper access, spacing, and power requirements (if needed).

    Property owners and managers have final say over which amenities are permitted at their properties and where they can be placed and used.

  • It's extremely rare, but if an Airbnb host or hotel manager won't allow your amenity, we'll fully refund your order — security deposit included.

    Either way, we handle all communication with your host or property directly, so you never have to deal with that yourself. We also have established relationships with most major property management companies and hotel groups in Nashville, so they already know who we are.

  • Yes! All amenities are cleaned, inspected, and set up with clear instructions to ensure safe and enjoyable use.

    We maintain comprehensive general liability, host liquor liability, hired and non-owned auto, and commercial property insurance. A copy of our Certificate of Insurance is available upon request, and hotels, venues, property management companies, and other business entities may be added to our policy as additional insureds. Contact us for details!

    Certain amenities may require additional steps and forms beyond our standard client service agreement prior to delivery.

  • Send us your grocery list ahead of your stay and we'll shop, deliver, and fully stock your fridge, freezer, bar, and pantry before you arrive. No grocery runs, no carrying bags through a hotel lobby, no wasted vacation time.

  • $99 service charge plus 20% of the total cost of items, which are purchased on your behalf and billed separately. Free delivery and setup are included. Special requests like cakes, flowers, and select household items have a flat $25 add-on fee plus the same 20% service charge.

  • At least 48 hours before your arrival is ideal. We typically shop the day before or morning of your check-in, but earlier notice gives us more time to source special requests or hard-to-find items. Last-minute lists are possible too, just contact us directly to confirm.

  • We'll help build one for you! Tell us about your group (how many people, what kind of trip, any dietary restrictions or preferences) and we'll put together a suggested list for you to review and edit. Easy starting points: breakfast items, snacks, drinks, bar basics, and anything you'd typically grab on a Sunday grocery run.

  • Yes! Alcohol is purchased on your behalf and billed separately, just like groceries. We deliver it with your order, but we don't open, mix, or serve alcohol in any capacity.

  • Yes! Cakes, fresh flowers, and select household essentials count as special requests. There's a flat $25 add-on fee plus 20% of the cost of the items themselves. Balloons and party supplies aren't part of this service, but check out our shop for party rentals that cover all of that.

  • Leave it behind! Anything you don't take with you gets donated to a local Nashville food pantry. No waste, no guilt, no hauling unopened groceries through the airport.

  • Yes! STR hosts, property managers, and hotels use our amenities and add-ons to stand out in search results, justify higher nightly rates, and earn stronger guest reviews (especially for weekend and group stays).
